Do I need an appointment to see a provider?No, you do not need an appointment to be treated. Simply bring in your insurance information and proper identification and you will be seen

Can I be seen if I do not have insurance?Yes, you can be treated if you do not have insurance. We do charge self-pay rates for non-insured patients. The rates depend upon the services that need to be provided. All out of pocket costs are discussed prior to services being provided.
