No, you do not need an appointment to be treated. Simply bring in your insurance information and proper identification and you will be seen

Yes, you can be treated if you do not have insurance. We do charge self-pay rates for non-insured patients. The rates depend upon the services that need to be provided. All out of pocket costs are discussed prior to services being provided.
